Crown Images provides all the essentials that you will need in one simple wedding photography package for your destination wedding on St. John and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sage has created a couple unique features that are included in each wedding photography package: ownership of images with a copyright release printed right on the label for printing as well as a personal online gallery that is posted 2 days after your wedding (larger weddings will take longer.)

A confident choice of budget considerations can play a big part in choosing a destination wedding photographer; be assured that Sage's packaging and pricing is meant to be both fundamental as well as affordable. There is a package for every size of destination wedding ranging from an elopement of just the two, or a larger wedding of 50 plus wedding guests, please see details below.

Sage shoots with a full sensor, digital camera, which enables every photograph to be printed in color, sepia, and black and white. Using her professionally trained eye, she then edits and optimizes the photos she chooses, and you receive professionally printed images and a DVD.

** Times given are approximate, depending on the length of your ceremony.  Additional photo coverage before or after the above times mentioned are welcomed, and can be arranged at an hourly rate or package rate agreed in advance, based on time and location.  To secure your location, date and time, we simply require a deposit.

Depending on many factors, average estimated costs for photography coverage normally start at around $500.

Sage will have suggestions for poses or candid shots, helping to create a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone celebrating your destination wedding here in the Virgin Islands.

PRE BRIDAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS

The pre wedding photographs are most likely going to be of the bride getting ready for the wedding at the villa or hotel. This is a great time to photograph all the details of the wedding that the bride has put so much planning into, like the dress, bouquet, hair, something borrowed, and of course those early wedding jitters. The expression of a bride stepping into her dress and seeing herself for the first time is always a priceless photograph. The pre wedding photographs are also a great time to make candid pictures of the bride and groom getting ready with their closest friends and family. (Back to Top)

WEDDING CEREMONY PHOTOGRAPHS

The wedding ceremony photographs will start from the time the groom is in place, anxiously awaiting his bride, the bridal procession and the ceremony shots will include a long shot to show off the location of the wedding, ring exchange, close-ups during vow exchange, the first kiss and an exiting photograph of the bride and groom leaving the beach for the first time as husband and wife. Immediately after the wedding will be candid photographs of the couple alone and of the guest congratulating them. (Back to Top)

WEDDING PORTRAITS

The wedding portraits will be photographed right after the ceremony on location, beginning with a large group photograph of everyone that attended the wedding, as well as smaller family group photographs. Photographing all family portraits first allows the guest to leave a little early, getting out of the sun and allows the couple to relax for their photographs of just the two of them together. (For large wedding parties Sage suggests providing a list of important shots and family combinations/groupings as not to miss out on any combinations.)

The portraits of the bride and groom alone will include a few classic poses, candids and Sage will provide suggestions for an array of different poses that will allow you to loosen up and have fun with the photographic process. WEDDING RECEPTION PHOTOGRAPHS

The wedding reception photographs will include your first dance, champaign toast, the cake cutting ceremony, and those beautiful first moments as husband and wife celebrating in paradise.
